Alright, so my review is more on the quality of the vocals more than anything else. I've been listening to punk for a LONG time. How long? 17 years. Is that enough to give a decent review? I hope so. Overall I enjoyed the song, as a punk song, it contained the elements of the typical punk song and the nature of the vocals followed as such. However, a recording of a song is very different than the same song to the live human ear. My criticism lies in the recording of the vocals. Perhaps even the mastering of the vocals. A tiny bit louder and a lot clearer than the rest of the band, the vocals should be. (a little yoda like eh?)
I dont know your recording situation, and this isnt flippin rollin stone, so I understand there might be obstacles in achieving such a thing.

Overall great piece. I'm curious as to you're presence in the band. Seeeing as how you say..."this is one of my bands."

Keep up the good music dude!

LOL it's always nice to see someone else who likes punk music. lots of EDM/techno which I like but my roots lay with punk. but thank you! Recording wise we do everything ourselves. I've been recording my bands and friend's bands for about 3 a half years or so now and I'm going to school for audio engineering. But yeah exactly I don't have fancy equipment to record with, I just use what I'm able to afford and have. Mixing and mastering is my thaaaaang so feedback is always welcomed and appreciated

i play guitar and "sing" in this band i'm in v(⌒o⌒)v♪
thank you again!!

I really liked the whole thing, all the way though. Very nice. I agree the way the track ends is....lackluster. You could have submitted it as a loop and it would be fine. But as a track on it's own, you've got to find the right way to end it. I'm curious as to how you got the kick to "kick" so hard. I find my kicks to never reach the DB that I want without distortion. Overalll 4/5 great job dude.

Lethal-Input responds:

No secret really. I just happened to find the right kick from a vengeance sample lol. Thanks!

I like this alot. Makes me think of Dead Space, or a futuristic game intro to a level of sorts. Nice work!

ForgottenDawn responds:

Thank you

00:55 totally sucked me right in. Great piece dude. from like 1:50 through 2:23 I found myself wanting more melody throughout...mabey like some distant echo'y crystals or voices, give it a bit more breadth. Overall I really enjoyed it, been listening to it on loop for a while now.
^.^

Voltus responds:

Thanks for your review! Glad you like it. I was sitting around on it too much, it had to get out but if I will ever put it up for purchase I'll revisit it!

Beautiful song,

the beginning really drew me into it. Reminds me of like a mellowed 1200 micrograms.

Nice work.
